We Own This City Release Date: When is it?

As previously mentioned, the series has not been renewed yet although it was popular among the viewers. However, if renewed, we can expect the next season to arrive in early 2023.

What to Expect in Season 2 of We Own This City?

Plot details are not known or discussed yet as the show is still awaiting its confirmation for another round.

The official synopsis of the first season as stated by HBO is given below:

“Based on the book by Baltimore Sun reporter Justin Fenton, We Own This City (opens in new tab) chronicles the rise and fall of the Baltimore Police Department’s Gun Trace Task Force and the corruption and moral collapse that befell an American city in which the policies of drug prohibition and mass arrest were championed at the expense of actual police work.”

Since this series is a miniseries, the chances of getting a second 2 seem unlikely but if the story continues, the next season will unfold many more corruptions and how they cope with dealing such situations.
