The fact that Amazon Prime Video renewed The Wheel of Time ahead of its season one’s premiere is evidence of the faith the streamer has in Rafe Judkins. The fantasy series is a television adaptation of Robert Jordan’s book series. Debuted on the streaming service in November 2021, the series has already become a smash hit the audiences. Thus, it is obvious why Amazon gave it an early renewal.

Although a Twitter post hints that season two’s second chapter is titled ‘A taste of Solitude’ that is covered in the sixth book, the creators have stated that they will loosely follow 2 through three books to weave the literary work into a wholesome eight-episode season tv adaption.
Additionally, the first season left several loose threads dangling with Moraine no longer having the potential to channel One Power and Rand and Dark one’s first fight. The last episode takes audiences to 3000 years ago. As of now, we are not sure whether season two will see more of this world. And how would the next episodes include the narrative from that world to the present day’s happenings? We shall know all these details soon. So, stay tuned.
