The Next Step is a teen drama series, comedy, and adventurous Canadian TV series that aired on March 8, 2013. As of 2022, the series has completed a total of 8 seasons which premiered on Family Channel (seasons 1–6), CBC Gem (season 7), YTV (season 8) in Canada whereas in the United Kingdom on CBBC (season 1-8).
Created by Frank Van Keeken, The Next Step revolves around the members of a troupe from the titular dance studio.
It stars Alexandra Beaton (Emily), Victoria Baldesarra (Michelle), Trevor Tordjman (James), Brittany Raymond (Riley), Tamina Pollack Paris (Tiffany), and Jordan Clark (Giselle) as the lead character of the play.
The series is produced by Laura Harbin, Rachael Schaefer, Chloe Van Keeken, Jay Prychidny, Amy Wright, Laurie McLarty, Laura Notarianni, Amy Cole, and Brian Hartigan ina association with Chris Taylor, Ivan Schneeberg, David Fortier, Rachael Schaefer, and Karen McClellan as the executive producers.
The production companies are Temple Street Productions, Radical Sheep Productions, and Boat Rocker Studios.

The Next Step Season 9 Release Date?
Precisely mentioning the release date of the ninth season of the series, the makers have not announced any official confirmation on that. In April 2022, an eighth series was announced by British broadcaster CBBC, which is currently streaming. Since the eight chapter is still streaming, we can’t really expect the arrival of the night season. Once the makers gives any hint on the renewal, we’ll keep you guys updated!
