Has Saving Hope been renewed for season 6?

Unfortunately, no. The fifth season was the final season of the series. Therefore, there won’t be a sixth season. The final season aired on March 12, 2017. It’s almost five years since the show ended and some fans are still waiting for good news but at this point, the future seems quite unsure. Otherwise, we would have at least gotten an update from the creators of the officials from CTV. But then again, CTV gave out a clear notice that the fifth season is the final outing of the show and there you have it.

‘Saving Hope’ has so far got five seasons and has an overall episodes of eighty five. The first season aired from June 7, 2012, to September 13, 2012 comprising 13 episodes. The season premiered from June 25, 2013, to February 27, 2014, with 18 episodes. The third season was released on September 22, 2014, and concluded on February 18, 2015, with a total of 18 episodes. The fourth season was launched on September 24, 2015, and wrapped on February 14, 2016, and the fifth and last season was aired from March 12, 2017, to August 3, 2017, with a list of 18 episodes.

The fifth and final outing of the show

Back on December 17, 2015, the CTV network confirmed a fifth and the last season of ‘Saving Hope’ that contained a total of 18 episodes.

When CTV announced that season 5 of ‘Saving Hope’ is the last instalment of the show, fans from all over the world were shattered by the news. The final season proceeds with Dr. Alex Reid making the most hardest decision in her life which is separating herself from her fiancé Dr. Charles Harris after he nearly succumbs to death with the gunshot injury.

Alex concluded that as long as they remain with each other’s side, he will have to keep encountering these dreadful fates, so she decided to leave him. Though this is supposedly the final season, many fans were restless and disappointed as there was so sign of Alex and Charlie getting back together. At this point, we can only wonder what could really happen if there’s a sixth season. But to the dismay of the viewers, CTV decided to call it quits with the fifth season. And to this very day, fans are demanding a clear ending for their favourite show and to return with the sixth season but this seems like an impossible demand to be fulfilled.
