Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac is a Japanese/American original network animation series adapted from the 1980s popular Japanese manga series titled “Saint Seiya” penned by Masami Kurumada.
With the premiere of the first season of the series on 19 July 2019, fans found it quite enjoyable and engaging to watch as they were a bit skeptical about how the series would turn out. But Netflix did an awesome job to meet fans’ expectations.
Following the success of the first season, a second season was released on January 23, 2022, with a total of six episodes. Now, fans are craving season 3 but will the series make another season? Let’s find out.
Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac Season 3 Release Date
The first season of Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac was released on July 19, 2019, and ended on January 23, 2020. The second season was launched on July 31, 2022, and completed on October 9, 2022.
Sadly, the release date for season 3 of Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac is not announced yet because the series is still awaiting its third series renewal confirmation from Netflix.
Despite having received mixed reviews, the first season was quite popular among the audience. Netflix’s very own reboot of this anime series did a decent job and although no announcements are made concerning season 3, we all know that fans are looking forward to seeing more new episodes of Saint Seiya.
So if the show gets renewed, the third season will most probably arrive some time in 2023 at the earliest.

Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac Season 3 Plot
The exact plot details are not known for now. However, we assume that the story will be adapted from the manga series although we have no idea which chapters the third season will cover. Hopefully, we get an announcement soon.
