The storyline of the series revolves around a game developer, Nadia Vulvokov (aka. Natasha Lyonne). She tries to solve the hallucinations which she undergoes every night (repeatedly dies and relives).
The series stars Natasha Lyonne, Greta Lee, Yul Vazquez, Charlie Barnett, and Elizabeth Ashley as the lead cast members.

As of April 27, 2022, no release date for Russian Doll Season 3 has been announced by the makers. - Ritesh Rajan as Ferran, a friend of Alan’s who works at the deli
- Ken Beck as a paramedic
- Max Knoblauch as a paramedic
- Yoni Lotan as Ryan, a paramedic
- Burt Young as Joe, a tenant in Alan’s apartment building
Russian Doll Season 3 Plot?
Speaking about the plot of Russian Doll Season 3, Lyonne said in an interview with Variety, “It feels like there’s an idea cooking for season 3. And it would be really fun if it was one of those shows where, five years later, it’s like, ‘No, wait for a second! I think we’ve got another idea for a few episodes.’ I would love to see that for Russian Doll. ‘Oh, wait, I think we’ve got an idea of our original movie now. It’s been 20 years.’ I don’t think I’ll ever be done with this show. It depends a lot on appetite and reception.”
However, the second season of the series ended on a cliffhanger, we might expect the storyline to continue from where it ended.

Russian Doll has managed to score an excellent rating of 7.8 out of 10 on IMDb. Whereas on Rotten Tomatoes, the series scored 87% audience approval rating.
