Rock the Block Season 4: Release Date, Cast, and Plot

‘Rock the Block‘ is a show on HGTV that is all about renovating a house. In the show, the contestants have to compete against each other to see who did the best in renovating similar-looking house properties that share the same space at a given amount of time with a budget of $225,000. In every last episode of each season, judges then decide whose house is rated the highest and is announced as the victor.

 

In a recent interview with TV Insider host Ty Pennington revealed that he enjoyed working on the third season the most. He also said, “We’re building a community that we’re eventually gonna sell for people to live in, but the experience of building that community is pretty awesome because you really see what it’s like for people to live next to each other while they’re creating at the same time, having fun and doing some of their best work — something they can be proud of for the rest of their life.”

 

The show made its original debut on October 21, 2019, and has ever since then garnered a huge fan following as each new season introduces a new aspect for the viewers to enjoy. Given the conclusion of the third season which ended in April, 2022, fans are anxious for announcements concerning a potential fourth season. Here’s what we know about it. 

 

Rock the Block Season 4 Release Date: When is it?  

 

As of now, HGTV is yet to renew the show for a fourth installment. It’s not known if the show will be commissioned for another season run since we haven’t heard a single word from the makers but we’re certain that Rock the Block will return with a new season.

 

So if we have to predict an air date, it’s expected that the fourth season will come out only sometime in 2023.

Rock the Block Season 4: Host, Judges, and Contestants 

The second and third seasons of Rock the Block was hosted by Ty Pennington and it’s most likely that Pennington will return to host the fourth season as well if renewed.

 

The series also Introduces the audience to special guests and professionals who make a short appearance to share their ideas and reviews throughout the season. So the viewers can expect to see special guests appearing on the show in the forthcoming season alongside season 3 victors Mike Jackson and Egypt Sherrod. The contestants who took part in the third season in pairs are Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb, Dave and Jenny Marrs, and Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas.

 

If the show is renewed, the fourth season will bring in a whole new batch of talented contestants popularly known for being house renovators who have proved their skills on other HGTV shows. As per speculations, contestants from already launched installments might also make an appearance for a second opportunity to make a street named after their names. Whether new or familiar faces, fans are eagerly looking forward to some more incredible house transformations in the skillful hands of these house renovators .
