Extracurricular is a Korean drama, suspense thriller TV series. It was first broadcasted on Netflix on 29 April 2020. Directed by Kim Jin-min, this series encompasses tons of popular Korean celebs. 

These celebrities include Kim Dong-hee, Park Ju-Hyun, Jung Da-bin, Nam Yoon-Su, Choi Min-soo, Park Hyuk-Kwon and Kim Yeo-jin. Extracurricular season 1 has a total of 10 episodes each of 60 minutes. 

The storyline of the series is based on the journey of some high school students. Altogether, this drama is full of uncertainty, psychological elements, thrill, crime, illegal activities, which can blow your mind – not in awe, but with entertainment!

Extracurricular Season 2: Release Date

The first season of one of the most loved Korean drama series, Extracurricular was released on April 29, 2020, on Netflix. So far, the release date of the upcoming season has not been officially announced by the makers. 

Neither Netflix has confirmed the arrival of Extracurricular Season 2, nor any other cast members. However, keeping the success and positive response from the public in mind, we can undoubtedly expect its renewal. The only thing we can’t ascertain is the exact date.

Extracurricular Season 2: Reviews & Ratings

Extracurricular has received tons of positive reviews from critics. Moreover, the series also managed to score decent ratings on all the review aggregator websites. 

On My Drama List, the show secured an 8.5 out of 10 ratings, whereas on IMDb, this series holds a rating of 7.7 out of 10. Additionally, Extracurricular was also given two awards for the best series of 2020 and best K-drama respectively. 

Extracurricular Season 2: Official Trailer

As of now, there’s been no official confirmation about the renewal of Extracurricular Season 2, which confirms that season 2 is currently in working.
