Supernatural dramas like ‘Evil’ are always one of a kind. Since day one, the drama has successfully captured nuances of the supernatural world and professionals involved in it. Each episode brings a different insight into evil and demonic possession.
Developed by Robert and Michelle King, the drama is currently one of the top horror shows in the industry. Fans and followers cannot stop themselves from tweeting and posting about the show and their personal experience of watching it. Amid all of this, they are also curiously looking for further updates. Here’s what we know about the show right now-
Overview:
The ‘Evil’ talks about two professionals, a psychologist and a priest coming together to bring the logical side of the supernatural occurrences. This also includes them investigating the events in detail and then coming to conclusions. These characters are played by Katja Herbers and Mike Colter as Dr. Kristen and David Acosta respectively. The show was originally launched on 26th September 2019 under the production companies like King Size Productions and CBS Studios.
Season 1 of the show had 13 mind blowing episodes that were released on the CBS Network originally. What makes the season interesting is not only a different idea of bringing two completely different people together but also the uniqueness of their chemistry. One of the professionals only relies on scientific and logical explanations while the other professional has a religious aspect of it. Both of the outlooks are justified with brilliant storyline altogether.
Season 2 continues the adventures of the doctor and the priest on a deeper level. It has 13 episodes which were released on a different network called Paramount. Both of the seasons did really well response as well as review wise. This is the major reason why the expectations for season 3 and its possibility is higher right now.
