Drifting Dragons season 2: Recap!
The previous season of Drifting dragons followed the crew of drakers on the Quin Zaza airship. They were hunting for dragons, large and mysterious creatures. The adventures of the crew were fun and amusing – however, the dangers that it encompassed were enough to send bolts of current down the spine.

Drifting Dragons season 2: Will there be a renewal?
We are all aware that anime serialisation takes longer than usual. Another consideration is the source material. Without ample source material, anime adaptations cannot take place further.
As for the production of Drifting Dragons season 2, we might seem to have a problem. The manga has, so far, procured 11 volumes, and will continue to do so in the future. However, there’s no information on the season 2 release date yet.
If season 2 is happening, the makers have kept it all under the wraps at the moment. They haven’t even announced the renewal of Drifting Dragons season 2. If we receive any potential updates, we’ll stick ‘em in our next articles. Stay tuned!
Drifting Dragons season 2 release date: When’s it going to premiere?
Drifting Dragon Season 1 was launched in January 2020. But in the rest of the world, it aired in April 2020. The anime was incredibly animated and viewers enjoyed it!
As for the release date of Drifting Dragons season 2, the makers haven’t come forth with any formal announcements. We are not even sure if the show will even be renewed for season 2.
However, if we were to anticipate a potential date, we can expect season 2 to be released by the end of 2022, or early 2023. But again, that’s just speculation. Without official confirmation, we can’t be certain.

Drifting Dragons season 2 plot: What can we expect?
Season 1 didn’t quite conclude with major cliffhangers. With Takita and the crew heading off to hunt dragons, there weren’t any significant cliffhangers.
However, because the series followed so closely to the manga, we can speculate as to the direction the season will head.
In Volume 4, the ship crashes into a commercial vessel. But due to their lack of funds, they are unable to pay for repairs.
When rumours about a ‘ship-swallowing dragon’ begin to circulate, the crew starts searching for the mystery giant – in the hopes of attaining financial stability in the future.
