The first season of the thriller series revolved around a forensic anthropologist Dr David Hunter who quit his career as a police consultant and settled down in a small town in England as a general practitioner as a result of a personal tragedy. When a woman’s extremely mutilated body is found, the local police turn to former forensic anthropologist Dr David Hunter for his help. However, he has his own doubts about getting involved in the case. Furthermore, when another murder takes place, and the town starts to doubt a ‘newcomer’ called Hunter, the suspicions grow even stronger and the thrill commences from there on.
