Animal Kingdom is an American crime drama family drama serial drama TV series. Developed by Jonathan Lisco, the series is based on the 2010 Australian film of the same name by David Michôd.
Animal Kingdom follows the story of a 17-year-old boy, Joshua “J” Cody who, after the death of his mother, moves in with his estranged relatives.
The production companies behind the series are John Wells Productions, Warner Horizon Television (seasons 1–4), and Warner Bros. Television.

Animal Kingdom Season 7 Release Date?
Animal Kingdom season 1 debuted on June 14, 2016, to August 9, 2016. Followed by the second season, which ran from May 30, 2017, to August 29, 2017.
A year later, the third season premiered on May 29, 2018, and ran till August 21, 2018. Whereas the fourth instalment aired from May 28, 2018, to August 20, 2018, followed by Season 5 from July 11, 2021, to October 3, 2021.
Furthermore, as per the current update, Animal Kingdom season 6 is still under wraps. No date has been set as of yet. As per the leaks, Animal Kingdom’s sixth will premiere with back-to-back episodes starting on June 19 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on TNT.
