AlRawabi School For Girls Season 2 Plot
Plot details are not known but it’s likely that the second season will have the same concept and not move away from the original storyline.
For the upcoming season Tima Shomali and Shirin Kamal will once again return to the series and serves as showrunners and executive producers, in teamwork with author and executive producer Islam Alshomali while Tima Shomali will also be back on the directing duties.
Series director Shomali in a recent interview with The National revealed that he always “wanted to do a project that talks about women’s stories from the perspective of women for a long while. And I wanted to do it with a team of women.”
She continued: “So, as we started writing a high-school drama, it became obvious that this was the project I was waiting for.”
Arabic Director Ahmed Sharkawi also told The National: “One of the great things that Tima and Shirin did in the show was break the mold of the two-dimensional female character,” “None of the characters are fully evil, nor are they fully good. So this kind of shifting perception is very enriching.”
Sharkawi continued: “It’s a Netflix site that provides mental health resources for topics such as bullying,” he says. “We know the show touches on some sensitive subjects, but we welcome that because it creates some kind of dialogue.”
